Kitchen cleaning has been divided into 11 jobs for 2 - 4 people per job. The kitchen is divided into five sections: the north, south, east and west wall sections as well as the islands in the center. The serving area is divided into four sections.

Jobs that require a ladder or power washer (cleaning the stoves, heat vents and lights) have a SignUp job for the gentlemen.

Sweep/mop the entire floor has its own SignUp slot as well. Each job should be under two hours of work with two people. Many hands make light work! Please help relieve the stress of deep cleaning the kitchen by pitching in a little time.
